Slab and Potsie were ready to go and had already started their mosey. When they returned to the shovel flag, there was a message from Myra. He was coming but hadn't anticipated the frost and needed to let his car warm up!
It was a beautiful fall morning for a trail run or, in my case, a bike ride!
Beatdown
Warmup
Mosey to Franklin Street and back to the shovel flag, followed by Arm Circles, Abe Vigodas, Grass Pickers, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Cobra, Downward Dog, and Calf Stretches.
The Thang
We hit the trail toward the Bartram Trailhead, stopping along the way for:
-Dips
-Power Skips across the bridge
-Clock Merkins
-Wall Sits with punches under I-78
-Makhtar N'Diayes
-Plank Hurdles
-Peter Parkererkins
We made it back to the shovel flag a couple of minutes after 8:00 to make up for Myra's tardiness!
